PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by bank transfer to US Bank Account, Zelle, or Venmo or Paypal (additional fees). Invoice must be paid in full before any bookings can be confirmed.

Concierge Services All-Inclusive Package – Terms and Conditions

Arete offers concierge services as part of an all-inclusive package. This package includes various services such as itinerary planning, bookings, and assistance during the duration of the experience.

Booking Agreement:

Clients are responsible for paying for all food (except included in invoice) and beverage consumed during their stay. 100% of the invoice for the all-inclusive package must be paid before the commencement of the service.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is not covered by the all-inclusive package. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.

Booking Reservations:

Booking reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment for the invoice.

In the event of late payment, ARETE reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings as necessary.

ITINERARY & Refunds:

ARETE will do its best to follow the itinerary, but some changes may occur to give the best experience. Any activities included in the all-inclusive package that cannot be assured by Arete will be refunded to the client. No refunds will be provided for activities that were scheduled and paid for but were not attended by the client or guests.

Complaints:

Report any issues during your stay for prompt resolution.

Liability:

ARETE is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the trip. Clients are responsible for their own behavior and are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

Governing Law:

Any disputes will be subject to the laws of South Carolina.

Acceptance:

By booking the all-inclusive package, clients agree to the above terms and conditions.

Privacy:

ARETE respects the privacy of its clients and is committed to protecting their personal information. As part of our concierge services offered in the all-inclusive package, we collect and use personal data to facilitate bookings, itinerary planning, and assistance during the duration of the experience. This information may include but is not limited to names, contact details, passport information, and any other necessary details relevant to the service.

We ensure that all personal data collected is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The information provided by clients is used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information held by ARETE at any time. For any inquiries or requests regarding privacy matters, please contact us using the provided contact information.

Villa Booking and Concierge Services – Terms and Conditions

Booking Agreement:

By confirming a villa booking and concierge services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment:

Deposit: A deposit is due within 3 working days of confirmation.

Balance: Pay the remaining balance at least 30 days before arrival.

Full payment at booking via.

Failure to pay within specified hours and date cancels booking.

No changes after payment confirmation.

No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Taxes and Service Fee:

We charge a 10% service fee. This fee is designed to ensure the provision of exceptional service and conveniences during your stay.

Concierge Services:

Our concierge services are available to enhance your stay; charges may apply.

Requests for concierge services should be made at least 7 days before arrival.

Property Use & Guest Responsibility:

You are responsible for any damage or loss during your stay. Breakages incur charges based on replacement value. The villa is for your enjoyment during the rental period only. No pets allowed.

Maximum Occupancy:

The villa’s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Complaints & Governing Law:
